Professor Ouassima Akhrif is a specialist in the analysis and design of nonlinear systems . She is interested in the theory of nonlinear geometric control and adaptive control . Her main research , funded by NSERC, focus on stabilization and control of power networks , non- linear control electric motors and modeling and control of flexible structures in space. She is actively involved in research in the field of ACT ( Active Control Technology) in partnership with Bombardier Inc. Aerospace. The professor is a member of Akhrif Electronics Research Group GREPCI power and industrial control ETS.
